4. Who is your ideal client?

We choose to collaborate with clients based on the distinctive potential we see in their business. This might be an untapped market opportunity, the chance to develop groundbreaking partnerships, the introduction of innovative products or services, or opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning. Essentially, our ideal client is one whose unique business landscape has opportunities for transformative growth and development.

If, after an initial consultation, we find that our expertise and their needs don't align perfectly, we respectfully step back. Our commitment is to create a mutually beneficial relationship where we can genuinely add both strategic and monetary value, ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties. As such, the profile of our ideal client is diverse and dynamic, reflecting this commitment to mutual success.

5. Why should we hire you?

Our team's unparalleled diversity and varied expertise is our greatest strength. Collectively, we bring a wealth of knowledge from over 100 countries, spanning government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. This blend of hands-on experience and strategic acumen ensures we deliver for our clients.

We believe that strategy without tactics is merely theoretical, while tactics without strategy are directionless. Our approach combines both, offering practical, strategic solutions at a more affordable rate than larger consultancy firms. If a situation arises where we're not the best fit, our extensive network allows us to connect you with the right expert for your needs.

Most importantly, our success is directly tied to yours. We favor win-win arrangements, reflected in our modest retainers, ensuring our incentives are perfectly aligned with your success.

6. How did you get started?

Our journey as a team began back in 2013, when we all collaborated on a social enterprise project in developing markets for The Coca-Cola Company. It was almost serendipitous how the company assembled a group of diverse, high-achieving professionals with years of experience for this unique endeavor. We nailed the project, but then a shift in the company's leadership led to a change in priorities.

As it turned out, it was a blessing in disguise for us. This experience made us realize that we were a dynamic and formidable team, one that could probably achieve even greater things away from the constraints of a more traditional corporate structure. Thus, in 2020, with a shared vision and ambition, we established WBMV.
